Admitted to practice law as an Attorney in California, England & Wales and France but also Registered Foreign Lawyer in Hong-Kong and Singapore, I built my career at the intersection of complex cross-border finance, regulatory frameworks, and international deal-making.

​I began my career advising clients on fund structuring and private funds matters at Clifford Chance (Paris). 

I then joined Ashurst (Hong-Kong and Singapore), where I specialized in bespoke derivatives and structured finance transactions, many exceeding $1 billion in value. 

Following these experiences in private practice, I moved to OKX (Europe) and specialized on blockchain and cryptocurrency assets projects.

I studied law in Paris (Assas) and Singapore (INSEAD). I hold both an LLM and an MBA degree.

I speak English, French, Spanish and Italian.
